Which Side?

Today D was putting his pants on - or trying to - all by himself. He was debating where to start and asked me,

"Mom, which side is the bum side?"

    I can't wait for him to figure out how a fly works! Right now, he insists on completely derobing (from the waist down) EVERY time he has to tinkle.
