We had a fantastic hike today! I had never seen Wind Cave in Logan, one of the hot hikes for Utah State college students, but had heard about it a few times and wanted to check it out for a while now. Ken and I woke up this morning and just couldn't face the yard work, sprinkler fixing jobs, house work, laundry, etc. The Cave was calling to us! So, we took a drive...two and a half hours later we had arrived! After stretching a bit after the long car ride, we set off.
It was not a far hike (4 miles round trip) or a particuarly tough one...
and so it was a good one to start the season with. This is a spring cutting through the trail. You either sloshed through it and had wet feet the remaineder of the hike or you TRIED to go up and over it....ALOT HARDER THAN IT LOOKS!!!

Moving along...
Getting closer...
Almost there!...
After a while (about 1.25 hours) we finally made it to the cave and man was it worth it!
Wish you all could have made the trip with us but you were all there in our hearts!
WE LOVE YOU!
